Transforming Work

Windhorse/Evolution was a successful Team-based Right Livelihood (TBRL) business within the FWBO/Triratna Buddhist tradition. It’s four aims were: (1) to foster an environment that supported the spiritual development of those who worked in the business and (2) to generate surplus funds to support FWBO/Triratna projects across the world. Further aims were (3) to promote TBRL around Triratna and (4) to encourage and promote Ethical Trading (also known as fair trade) more generally.
